Billy was born and raised on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain and grew up on the water sailing with his brothers. Billy is an avid racer and will sail anything from a single handed dinghy to a fully crewed big boat. Billy has several Laser Gulf Coast district wins to his credit as well as several Gulf Yachting Association Flying Scot Lipton Cup race wins. Billy also has several J-30 Mid-Winter wins as helmsman, J-30 North American winning helmsman and placing at several Key West Race Weeks. Besides racing Billy also likes to go cruising along the Gulf Coast as well as the Caribbean and Bahamas with his wife and friends.
